» Delivery Policy

All orders placed by 14:00 (2pm) Monday to Friday will be despatched on the same day and will be delivered to you according to the delivery option you choose. Orders received after 14:00 (2pm) will be despatched the next working day.

Guaranteed discretion

Plain label delivery means you are guaranteed total discretion on all orders. The package simply shows your delivery address and your despatch note will be enclosed.

Alternative delivery address

As we use Google Checkout to process all of our online purchases, you will be able to specify your delivery and billing address from the Google Checkout control panel.

Security

You will be required to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received it. If you are out when the postman calls, don’t worry! You will be left with a card with details of how to collect your parcel or arrange a new delivery address, and they will automatically try to deliver it the following day. The courier will keep your parcel for 3 days and if not collected or delivered, it will be sent back to us. If you would like us to re-send your order we will charge you for re-shipping. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.
