In order to find out when products are back in stock you are able to receive email notifications about when specific products are back in stock. For each product you are interested in click "Notify me when back in stock". This notification option is available when you browse each indidual product.
For each product you wish to review do the following:

If an item you have purchased is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please inform us either by emailing our customer service department or use our contact form to report the item. In order for us to issue a full refund or to exchange the item you must inform us within 30 days from the date of purchase.
When returning a faulty item, please provide a full description of the fault and ensure the item is returned in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange. Please make sure you clean items before returning them.
All returned faulty items are tested and if they are found to be working properly they will be returned to you at you own expense.
If you wish to cancel your order you have the right to do so within 7 days (from the date of purchase) in order for a refund. However, if your parcel has already been despatched you will be charged for the cost of shipping and a refund will not be made until the parcel has returned back to us. The fastest way to cancel an order is via your Google Account. Please try to inform us of your cancellation on the same day of purchase in order to avoid incurrence of additional charges.
We endeavour to bring you the lowest prices on all products, however, if you have found products for less let us know and we will try to win you back.
