If you wish to return our products please follow our return policy below.

Please note that in all circumstances products must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be defaced in any way, consequently, we recommend that they should be shipped inside extra packaging. Unfortunately, if these conditions are not adhered to, we reserve the right to levy an increased restocking charge or reject the goods.

We do not accept returned items that have been used or the original packaging has been broken, opened or tampered with.

Refunds for purchases made by credit card will be issued as a credit to that same account after inspection of returned products.

Refunds for purchases made by cheque or wire transfer will be paid by refund cheque after inspection of returned products.

1. Unwanted Goods

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. We will issue a refund less shipping costs and a re-stocking fee where applicable upon receipt, or exchange the item for a different product if preferred.

If you wish to exchange an, you can do so within 30 days from the date of receipt providing that your goods are brand new and unopened.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If an item you have purchased is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please inform us either by emailing our customer service department customer-services at DevilishPleasures.co.uk or use our contacts form to report the item. In order for us to issue a full refund or to exchange the item you must inform us within 30 days from the date of purchase.

When returning a faulty item, please provide a full description of the fault and ensure the item is returned in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange. Please make sure you clean items before returning them.

All returned faulty items are tested and if they are found to be working properly they will be returned to you at you own expense.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order you have the right to do so within 7 days (from the date of purchase) in order for a refund. However, if your parcel has already been despatched you will be charged for the cost of shipping and a refund will not be made until the parcel has returned back to us. Please try to inform us of your cancellation on the same day of purchase in order to avoid incurrence of additional charges.

4. Lingerie⁄Clothing

If your lingerie or sexy clothing does not fit or is not exactly what you are looking for then we are happy to refund or exchange the items but the following conditions apply.

1. Please ensure that all original labels are still attached. Items returned without the original labels attached will not be accepted unless they are faulty.
2. Please keep you underwear on if you intend to try on the items of clothing.
3. After inspection of the returned goods, if we feel that non-faulty items have been worn or soiled we will not issue a refund and we will return the goods to you at your expense.


5. Returning DVDs

As stated in the EC Distant Selling Regulations, we cannot accept returns of DVDs if the seal has been opened.

6. Refunds

A refund cannot be issued until we, DevilishPleasures.co.uk, receive the goods in question. The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. DevilishPleasures.co.uk aim to issue a refund within 14 days.

7. How to return an item

If you intend to return an unwanted item please ensure that the item is packaged securely. In order for us to process your returned items successfully please include the following with the item(s) you are returning:

1. A note describing the reason for the return.
2. Your order number⁄copy of original invoice.
3. Please also state whether you would like an exchange or refund.

For returns, we recommend that you send goods by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of packages.
